Documentation that meets the National Standards for Recovery Housing will be required after your application is received and approved. It is expected that all Recovery Program Operators create and monitor an online profile for their program through Certemy. This process involves submitting documentation electronically as stated below. Operators with extenuating circumstances will have the remaining two options available upon request.
The online Certemy profile that will be created during your application process will require you to attach and submit your documentation online. You will be able to complete this process at your leisure within 90 days of application approval.
