MARR works in collaboration with all state and local authorities and reserves the right to disclose any information regarding an operator's certification and status to such third parties, including but not limited to any complaints, investigations, finding reports, or corrective action plans involving your recovery residence.

Documentation that meets the National Standards for Recovery Housing will be required after your application is received and approved. It is expected that all Recovery Program Operators create and monitor an online profile for their program through Certemy. This process involves submitting documentation electronically as stated below.
The online Certemy profile that will be created during your application process will require you to attach and submit your documentation online. You will be able to complete this process at your leisure within 90 days of application approval. A MARR representative will be available upon request to help you through this process and answer any questions.

Automatic updates about your renewal will be sent from Certemy at 60, 30 and 15 days to expiration to the email associated with your Recovery Program. Your program will be contacted by MARR directly if we do not receive your payment within 3 weeks of your Certifications' expiration date.
